I usually try to avoid the thick tourist crowds around DC during the spring, but even the mobs couldn't keep me from biking down to the Tidal Basin last week to view the blossoming beauties.
Kern and I rode down after work one evening during the peak, and despite the horrific traffic, it was more than worth it.
