There are so many beautiful places just outside of DC and I love a good excuse to explore.
To celebrate Buck's entry into a new and exciting decade, a group of us headed out to Bluemont Vineyard in Virginia. It just happened to coincide with the best weather day of the year!
When we arrived, we drove up a steep hill to get to the parking area. The view was incredible!

Bluemont is on my "return to" list--relaxing atmosphere, plentiful outdoor space and gorgeous views.
If only there were more Saturdays...
